We found our dream home the only problem is that its a new construction that was never finished. We estimate there is probably $25K in work that still needs to be done but we are looking to see if there are ways to finance this place or if it needs to be a cash transaction. We looked into a 203K but since the house was not previously lived in, that is not an option. Does anyone know of other financing programs that could work?
