he actually checked a form that said he WOULD use public funds. Beyond that he’s been saying that he public funds was the way to go, plus saying that he would meet with mccain to go over it vigorously (which he has yet to do). Go check out the Tim Russert vid, where he tells Obama point blank “you are going back on your word”
