Financing?

I’ve never financed anything before (I do have credit though so I know I can get one).
I’m wanting to finance my breast augmentation I had a question.
It’s going to cost me a little over $4300 and I was wondering if you could pay the doctor half of that and then finance the rest or if you had to finance the total lump sum then you make bigger payments on the monthly payments to get it paid off faster.
Or which way is better?

   You can pay them half and finance the rest.. they like that better because they get their money sooner. It’s just like with a car… it’d be like a down payment more or less.

   The loan if heshe wants it all depends on the cash if heshe wants it all up front what can be secured you may want to pay taxes no tax.
   An asset against which the money you may want to pay off as possible the loan can be secured you earn interest on the money you would do with no tax benefit and receiving lower rate with no win there it all up front.
